Fort Collins was awarded approximately $77 million in Federal, State and Local funding to construct a north-south rapid transit system. It is expected to be operational in early 2011.

 System will connect south Fort Collins to Colorado State University and the downtown restaurant, entertainment cultural district.

 Redtail Ponds Office-Research Campus is located 2 blocks from the southern terminal of the regional transit system.
